Criminal liability: Any attempt to gain fraudulent access or make a false age declaration is the sole responsibility of the user. Alpha Research reserves the right to immediately cancel any order suspected of having been placed by a minor, without refunding network charges.

Payment System and Bitcoin Security

Bitcoin Exclusivity: In order to guarantee optimal confidentiality and security for our customers, we only accept Bitcoin payments via our dedicated BTCPay server.
Exchange Rate Calculation: Prices are set in fiat currency but converted in real time to Bitcoin at the time the secure invoice is generated.
Payment Window: Once the invoice has been generated, the buyer has a technical time limit (displayed by the BTCPay server) to send the funds. If payment is not detected within this time frame, the order will be automatically cancelled to avoid errors related to market volatility.
Transaction Confirmation: To combat fraud, orders are only validated and prepared for shipment after receiving 3 full confirmations on the Bitcoin blockchain.

Shipping and “Discreet Delivery” Protocol
